I am trying to identify a song I found as a background to a junky video. I'm sure its BNL (who could mistake SP's voice) but I am unfamiliar with the song.

That's not BNL. That's actually "Happy Hour" by The Housemartins, a (great) British band from the 80s.

BNL did incorporate a bit of the chorus of that song into the end of "Hello City," though, and later went on tour with the Housemartins' lead singer's new band The Beautiful South.

The first time that song came up on a road trip, my husband was like :eek: -- he had no idea BNL had ganked bits of that song for Hello City. LOL!
