Sorry if I'm duplicating posts from other threads, but I wanted to catch people's attention and let them know I got an answer back from Artists Arena about the CDs Barenaked VIPs were suppose to receive. For those who haven't seen the other posts, there was some confusion about whether or not the Canadian shows offering Barenaked VIP packages included receiving an autographed CD. Below is verbiage from the excerpt I posted yesterday after calling Artists Arena. This is from their website:

ATTENTION:

There will be three (3) ticket options available for most shows on the US tour.

1. Regular Event Ticket which includes a ticket to the show of your choice.

2. Barenaked VIP Packages are $175 each and include:

- A GA Floor ticket (with priority entry where available) OR Premium Reserved Seat ticket
- A Meet and Greet with Barenaked Ladies
- A Signed Copy of the CD "All In Good Time"
- An Exclusive Barenaked Ladies t-shirt
- A Commemorative Barenaked Ladies VIP Laminate

**Details of the meet and greet will be emailed one week prior to the show**

3. Naked VIP Packages are $125 each and include:

- A GA Floor Ticket (with priority entry where available) OR A Premium Reserved Seat Ticket
- A Digital Copy of the Album "All In Good Time"
- A Barenaked Ladies t-shirt

**Details of the early entry will be emailed one week prior to the show**

For the shows on April 4th, 13th, 17th, 20th, 24th and 30th and on May 1st, a special VIP Upgrade package will be available.

Barenaked VIP Package Upgrades are $115 each and include:

- A Meet and Greet with Barenaked Ladies
- A Signed Copy of the CD "All In Good Time"
- An Exclusive Barenaked Ladies t-shirt
- A Commemorative Barenaked Ladies VIP Laminate

**Details of the meet and greet will be emailed to you 1 week prior to the show**

I was confused because of the 'There will be three (3) ticket options available for most shows on the US tour' followed with a list of Canadian dates. Some people remembered reading that the Barenaked VIP Canadian dates didn't included a CD, but I remembered seeing it, and found it.

SO, Artist Arena sent hubby and me an e-mail today saying that they are sending each of us 2 CDs for the 2 Barenaked VIP tickets we purchased for both the MTL and Oshawa dates. They apologized for any inconvenience and said there was an error in their shipping department.

If anyone has bought Barenaked VIP packages for April 4th, 13th, 17th, 20th, 24th, 30th and May 1st and have not yet received your CDs to bring with you to the Meet & Greet for signing, you may want to give Nick or Shaun at Artists Arena a call in NY at (212) 420-1700.

I hope this helps clear up some confusion. Again, sorry for the multiple posts.:)

I did remember seeing that Canadian VIP tickets came with signed CDs. I got my three CDs that were supposed to come with the tickets, but they weren't signed. I got them the same day as my fan club CD, but in a different package. Both packages had fan club letters in them.

Someone had said that they got a letter with their VIP CDs telling them to bring the CDs with them to the show to be signed. I wrote Artist Arena asking them about it a while ago and still haven't heard back yet. I'm going to assume that's what my three other CDs are for.

Yes, for the 3 Barenaked VIP packages we purchased for Santa Rosa, CA on 5/25, we received 3 unsigned CDs with a letter saying to bring them with to the M&G to get signed. We also received those separately from our Fan Club CDs.

Ah, awesome. It's good to have more confirmation. I've gotten way more information through this whole process from this board than I have from Artist Arena.

No doubt! Like, I triiied asking Artists Arena about pancake houses between MTL and Oshawa, but do you think they'd even, like, help?! OMG - NO! But the fans here: Golden Griddle. No prob. Sweeeet!

None of my friends or I have received VIP CDs for the Atlantic City show on 5/8 either. I called Arist Arena about 2 weeks ago and they said they were in the mail, but I think that was probably misinformation. It would be nice to actually get the CDs since these tickets were so expensive.

Call Nick or Shaun at 212-420-1700. Tell them you called 2 weeks ago and were told they were in the mail. Have your friend's names ready and the info. for the 5/8 show in AC. Initially, Nick told me the same thing, but when I told him my husband had called 2 weeks ago, 2 days in a row and was told both times someone would get back to him, but he still had yet to hear from them, Nick put me on hold and looked into it. He still told me he would get back to me, but I chuckled and said, 'When can I expect to hear from you, and will it be you or someone else I hear from?' He told me it would be him or Shaun and he would get back to me today. I don't know if the e-mail came from Nick OR Shaun, but it came from Artists Arena today and said the CDs will be sent and they apologized for the inconvenience. Take names and kick ass, Jen!

Thanks for the advice! I'll give them another call tomorrow. I'm also confused about the concert T-shirts. My friends who have bought tickets for other shows received emails asking what size T-shirts they wanted, but I haven't received any emails about this show. The guy I spoke to at AA said they would use the T-shirt size I used when I signed up for the fan club, but in retrospect this doesn't really make any sense since I purchased 2 VIP tickets, but only entered in 1 T-shirt size when I joined the fan club. I love how they make this as confusing as possible, lol!

Good point on the ordered 2 tix, how would they know 2 sizes, when they only have 1 BNL fan club membership on file? Hmmm.... I definitely get the feeling there is a certain amount of "winging it" going on at Artists Arena. Perhaps a dash of "let's-just-throw-everything-against-the-wall-and-see-what-sticks" tossed in for good measure. If they are trying to keep a bunch of things straight, and are relying on anyone who doesn't get what they should calling and letting them know and then they can solve it on a case-by-case basis, which is how it seems to me, then it's up to us to continue to be squeaky wheels. I've also found the Ladies Room members to be quite nice, kind hearted, good-natured drunks who appreciate looking out for one another, so I think we should let the other members know what we're discovering along the way.

On a positive note, the AA representatives I've talked to have all been polite and genuinely seem to want to help. Perhaps one day I shall catch them forgetting to hit the hold button and cussing me out as they bang their collective heads against their padded cubicles, but until then, I appreciate that they do try to resolve issues.

I asked about the T-shirts yesterday and was told by Nick they should be in "within the week" and then will go out. We haven't received e-mails about T-shirt size either, if it's any consolation. I plan on waiting until the CDs show up, which I also surmise will be "within the week" and then I shall call and ask about T-shirts and mention other members receiving e-mails about sizes queries. I shall keep you posted.

I emailed, through the Ladies Room, about ordering different levels of tickets to multiple shows and was confused as to how many cds I was supposed to get. I told them I needed their help, as I ordered tickets for a group of people and I wanted to make sure everyone got what they were supposed to. I pointed out the differences in the packages for each presale and the package inclusions have changed/updated. I received a reply the same day and they said there was some confusion and they are sending me 3 more cds.

I bought my tickets through the Artist Arena site, not Ticket Master, and there was a spot to pick the sizes of t-shirts I wanted. It's too bad Ticket Master couldn't have done that, it may have saved some trouble.

Hey Jen, my husband echoed this and reminded me, when we bought our BVIP tix through AA we were asked to choose our T-shirt size. Maybe your friends forgot to include this info., but you didn't, so they got an e-mail but you didn't? Just a thought, but I don't know who you, or your friends, bought your pkgs. through. :)
