I would love to see a video of BNL performing Little Green Bag with Tom Jones or Elf's Lament with Michael Buble'. Does anyone know if such a thing exists anywhere, and if so, could you point me in the right direction?

I don't think either exist. As far as I know, there weren't any performances.

On the 2004 BNFTH tour, Sean Cullen did Michael Buble's parts of the song. :)

and I if I remember right from the box set discussion on the cruise, it sounded like Tom Jones and Steve recorded their parts of Little Green Bag seperately and didn't have much interaction.

It wouldn't surprise me... It was recorded for a Tom Jones project of all duets. For every artist to join Tom in studio would be a scheduling nightmare. 99% odds that Tom recorded his entire album worth of vocals in one session (lasting perhaps a day to a week), and the other guests recorded their sessions whenever they had time to do so. Might have been at the producers' local studio, probably best for consistant audio quality, but sometimes they do these things locally where the duet artist records their vocals in their home town or a convenient place rather than fly to whereever the record was made.

You're right. I believe "Elf's Lament" was also recorded in separate locations as well.

That's correct yeah - I believe there's more info on this in Public Stunts, Private Stories.

They also told a story about it once at a UK show and said that they recorded their parts in a really crappy studio in Birmingham. I love that Kev has kept the little sound-bite of Tom Jones singing "alright!", which seems to pop up often live, and also in Shopping. :D
