Is that a permanent rehearsal and storage space?

I know that Rush used to have something like that in Toronto. Maybe they still do. Maybe they're neighbours!

I don't know. I know that in the CBC documentary circa 2001ish, the band was rehearsing in a very very large space that was (I hope) rented, (and much bigger than this space). I also know they keep their gear/tour stuff in a warehouse when not in use. It's possible there's enough space in said warehouse to rehearse, but I can't imagine they own space exclusively for pre-tour rehearsal when they only do so once or twice a year. But I could easily be wrong.
