I bought four tickets to the Montreal show, yet I have yet to receive any information about how/where to download All In Good Time. Does anyone know who I should be contacting?

I haven't got mine either, so I've just emailed Artist Arena. Haven't heard back yet.

I am thinking that it said you should get the email with the downloads from the ticketing entity you bought through.

I must have e-mailed them "after hours," I haven't gotten a response yet. Have you? I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow, which I'm a little disappointed about.

Me three....
Extra dots added because I got the "too short" message. So annoying.

I was not supposed to get the download code, but I did (by accident I guess).
:p
I entered the postal code I had when living in Vancouver for 3 months
and was able to download the album (including bonus track) to my computer in Switzerland!
:D
Thanks to whoever at Puretracks for sending me the code by accident.
;)
ETA: I did purchase two tickets for Canadian shows, but I was told that only residents of the US and Canada will get the free download.

Correction:
actually I purchased 3 tickets to shows in Canada:
- London, ON - Barenaked VIP package - Ladies Room
- Kingston, ON - Naked VIP package - Ladies Room
- Kingston, ON - regular TM ticket - regular K-Rock Centre Ticket (b/c my VIP LR seat sucked)
So I have no Idea, for which of the 3 tickets I got the code fore.

While I'm happy for you, that super sucks for those of us who should have gotten it validly :P

I too purchased my tickets through Artist Arena, and no sign of an email with download information. I've just sent them an email, hopefully things will get sorted out tomorrow. :(

Since you only got one, you probably got it from TM. I got mine from TM (and it seems that almost everyone else did too) but ArtistArena ones did not go out.
The ticketmaster code for me came in an email from Ticketmaster <alerts@ticketmaster.com> should be pretty easy to tell if yours came from TM via the email you got.

Total BS. No response and I still haven't received my tracks. Hope they answer by tomrrow morning.
Sucks having to miss out on the day of listening experience. Yes, I've heard 'em all (save the bonus track), but I was excited to receive the official mp3s.
Darn-didly-arn.

On the plus side, they are 320kbps (highest MP3 quality) if they are the same puretracks download as Ticketmaster's (should be). Down side is there's a download manager you have to install which doesn't seem particularly resource heavy, but I'd still prefer to just download...
WARNING: I'm told if you put in your code and postal code and click ok (or whatever), once you've done that, you can't use that code ever again; so make sure you get your files the first time and don't close that window until you do (I DID click "download tracks one by one and couldn't get that working, so I clicked back and was still able to click "download all at once", but that wasn't going back so far as entering in my code)

So it's sounding like if we bought our tickets through the fan club, then that's why we haven't received a download code yet. I really hope we don't have to wait until the 30th. :(

If there is a problem they should at least put an announcement on the main site, or something. Then they might not get so many calls.

Thanks for calling and please keep us posted. I do not have time to call today, so I sent my email yet again, changing the times and dates to correspond with today. If I still don't get an answer, I will call tomorrow (when I have time to wait on hold). I will keep you all posted as well.

This just in (http://barenakedladies.com/blog/barenaked-ladies/201003/24-did-you-buy-tickets-bnl-show-online-have-you-redeemed-your-album-dow):
If you still haven't received your email, make sure to check your spam folder. If it's not in there, please email ticketbundle@barenakedladies.com with your name, which show you purchased your tickets for and whether you live in Canada or the US.

I did that and was told to call Artist Arena, since I bought my tickets through the fan club. I called, was put on hold, then was asked to leave a message. This is all very frustrating ):

As barenakedboy / designerfox have mentioned, you can email ticketbundle@barenakedladies.com. They answered my email VERY promptly, however were rather useless since they told me to call Artist Arena at 212-420-1700. Now call me difficult, but I don't really want to phone long distance, so I asked about an alternative. He suggested I email fanclubs@artistarena.com. Trying that now. Stay tuned!

Day 2 - Approaching the end of the business day in the Eastern time zone and still don't have the download info.
I simply forwarded my original (Artist Arena) email on to ticketbundle@barenakedladies.com. They got back to me very quickly with an apology and told me that they would look into it.
Just over an hour after that, I finally received this message from Artist Arena:
Paul,
You should receive your Bare Naked Ladies email shortly.
Enjoy,
Dan
Short and simple. It's been 2 hours since I got that one. Where's my "Bare Naked Ladies email"?

I also got a prompt email reply and was told to call Artist Arena at 212-420-1700. I really am not going to spend money to call long distance to NY.
I'm just going to send an email and see what happens.

Another message from Dan at Artist Arena:
Paul,
I apologize for not doing my research before. I assumed you had purchased the VIP package. The email was only made available to those who purchased the VIP Naked Package. I see now that you only purchased a regular event ticket which only allows admittance into the performance.
I apologize again for the confusion,
Dan
Can anyone verify that this is the case? This was not my understanding.
January 30th news post (http://barenakedladies.com/blog/barenaked-ladies/201001/30-all-dates-now-sale-upcoming-canadian-tour-joel-plaskett):
"Don't forget, each online ticket purchase for these shows comes with a digital download of the band's new album, "All in Good Time," with an exclusive bonus track, available March 23rd in Canada."

Paul,
I’m sorry for the confusion. This was my mistake. You will hear from me shortly with the correct information.
Sorry again,
Dan

Um, what? So they think that only people who purchased VIP packages were supposed to get a code? Even if that was the case, I bought VIP tickets and didn't get my code.
I think these fellows that we have been talking to from the Barenaked Ladies site should be giving Artist Arena a good kick in the pants.

So I emailed the address BNL just twittered, and Jason answered promptly and told me to email or call Artist Arena. I told him I had already emailed them twice... So i've emailed a third time. I don't want to call long distance, but I might have to.

I just got off the phone with a woman (who did not give me her name) at Artist Arena. I was apparently not in her system. I had to forward her my confirmation email, and she said she'd reply to it with my "coupon code."
Let's see how long it takes.

The code I had received yesterday came in an email from Puretracks [newsletter@puretracks.com].
--> I assume that was for the ticket I purchased from the K-Rock Centre website (not TicketMaster)
Today I received a second code in an email from the Ladies Room [memberships@barenakedladiesroom.com]
--> obviously this is for one of the two tickets I purchased from the Ladies Room.
:p
I already gave my second code to somebody, so don't ask me for it.

"Any online ticket transaction comes with a pre-order of the album, plus the opportunity to receive an exclusive bonus track. After you purchase, you'll be receiving an email closer to the release of the album, with your redemption code and download link."
That is from the site, and that is how I remember it. One download per transaction. Now if you got the VIP package that has a download, I think that is per ticket.

We're not only looking forward to hearing these great new songs live, in concert, but also seeing exactly how Artist Arena plans on handling all these VIP Barenaked and VIP Naked goodies they promised with pre-sales. Hubby and I read the 'free download with each VIP ticket purchased', but only got 1 download code each for tix purchased via AA. Now we're wondering about the '1 Signed copy of the CD “All In Good Time"' and the '1 digital copy of the album "All In Good Time" & '1 autographed insert from the CD "All In Good Time" we're suppose to receive with each VIP ticket we purchased. If WE'RE having a hard time keeping all these goodies straight, I can't imagine this won't get more confusing for Artist Arena.
And all these giveaways are now suppose to be the Christmas & Hanukkah gifts for our broken BNL homes! ;)
Two VIp packages here, one download code :(

Three VIP tickets, one code for me as well. I'm hoping I can just send the MP3s to the other person coming that doesn't live with me.
I am also leery about these VIP packages. I am assuming we'll be getting the VIP goodies at the show. Hopefully.
Hmm... has anyone else noticed that the You Run Away that came with the CD download is slightly different than the single? Not lyrically, just the actual music seems a little bit different in a couple parts closer to the beginning of the song.

The single is a radio edit - it's notably shorter; the intro is cut in half, and the 2nd chorus is not repeated; they cut the 2nd half of the first repeat and the 1st half of the second repeat, so the music and Ed get noticably more intense on the final line of that chorus.
I haven't noticed any other differences in the song though.
The outro to my LadiesRoom download email suggested that the "rest of the VIP package will be mailed" - they've been wrong before, though.

I didn't read anything that said how we would get the rest of the VIP package, but I was just happy to finally have the album, so I wasn't paying much attention.
