Question about the board

Is there a way to simple "mark topics read"?

Yep! If you go to the main page of the board, there is an orange bar at the bottom of all the sections (just below the "Contests" section) that says "Mark Forums Read." :D

Up top under Quick Links there is a mark forums read button. And when you're in each different forum, there is a drop down for forum tools up top that also contains a mark forums read option. So there are 3 different ways to do it.

New question: Is there a way to only get to the unread posts? I click the NEW POSTS from the menu, but that still gives me all the posts in whatever topic. I'd like to be able to start where I left off in each topic instead of having to scroll thru all the ones I've already read.

Gah, never mind - OF COURSE just after posting this, I saw the blue check mark at the start of each topic title .... exactly what I was looking for!
