Yeah it was a great performance.
Still wish they would have done "Summertime" instead though.

Ugh! I missed it because I was frantically trying to meet deadlines at work. And I'm still at work. Why?????? (Answer: I was stupid enough to get a journalism degree.) :(
Will be scouring the interwebs for the clip.

i thought they played well. but to be totally honest it sounded like crap. Not because of BNL. it sounded like who ever either did the sound mix of it didnt do a very good job be it the live sound engineer or the broadcast mixing engineer.

They must have been told they were being kicked out right after they performed - they all decided to wear coats.
PS: What's with the Shakesperian etching as a backdrop?

Actually, in Los Angeles the temperature outside is usually much higher than inside.
It can be freezing cold inside a building and I guess guys from Toronto are not used to that.

The episode's up on the NBC website (http://www.nbc.com/the-tonight-show/video/episodes/#vid=1210657). The band's at the very end. I thought it was an enjoyable performance, as these things go.

Bands usually sound like crap on TV, but I must say, they sounded pretty good. Ed's voice sounded really good, and major props to Tyler for not only sounding great on backup vox, but for ingenious use of an Italian restaurant table cloth for a cravat. He was flat out style-ING!!

I suspect it was a fashion statement, not a comfort statement. There were some jackets indoors while performing on the YRA video too.

I finally got to see this performance yesterday when it played on AFN. I must say, I was standing in front of the TV, just as excited as if I was at a concert. :)
I enjoyed the performance, especially Tyler and his always-animated facial expressions. :D

I make it a point during every song in concert to watch Tyler for a few seconds. He is indeed the man of a thousand faces. :)

Ty is a riot to watch, and I tend to watch Jimmy a lot. His whole body plays along with his face!
