Barenaked ladies podcast!

THIS IS THE PODCAST LIVE FROM THE STUDIO! FREAKING OUT!

For those of you who recognized that, you probably already know where I'm getting at.

For those who don't - during the recording of barenaked ladies are me and are men, the band kept up a studio podcast detailing the recording of the new album, band news, funny segments like "what were you thinkin' when you wrote that song?" and "a day in barenaked history". This was a true inside look and an intimate connection with the band.

I absolutely loved these podcasts and still think to myself how much fun they were to listen to.

One problem. Where'd they go? They were offered on iTunes a while back, but now the links seem to be dead. I got a new computer so I no longer have the files either.

HELP! does anyone have podcast files or know where to get them?

I was actually just wondering this myself! I have two of them buried on this computer somewhere...if you want 'em I'll try to upload them somehow. If anybody else has the rest, please share - it'd be awesome to have these!

I just checked and it looks like I have 29 episodes of the podcast in my iTunes folder on my other computer. I can upload them over the weekend if no one else has them already uploaded somewhere.

Rightio, on the (hopefully correct) assumption that the band won't mind me sharing their past podcasts I've uploaded them to Rapidshare and they're now available here:

There are 29 podcasts on the list. They're from February 8th 2006 to August 31st 2006. The first 25 were hosted mostly by Ed and then Steve took over for the last 4. They're in reverse order on the list so be sure to start at the bottom and work up ;)

To download a particular podcast just click the "Start Download" link to the right hand side. That should allow you to directly download that podcast. I've tested and they'll play properly in iTunes after they're downloaded. Any issues with the downloads just let me know. Enjoy :)
