So my fellow Android users, what are your favorite apps?

Mine are:
Aldiko - book reader with links to free and public domain books. Great for when you are stuck somewhere like the Dr.'s office and all they have are 3 year old Health magazines available.
Dolphin browser - It has tabs so you can have more than one window open at a time.
Klaxon - Customizable alarms so you can wake up to your favorite song. (Not free, $1.99 I think)
Our Groceries - He's driving to the store and you just found out that you are out of toilet paper? Put it on this list. Instantly updates on all phones that are signed up to the same account.
PapaStacker - Fun game. I enjoyed the trial so much I'm planning on actually paying for the full version!
PdaNet - This lets you tether your computer to your phone and use it's 3G network. I got a lot of use out of it a few weeks ago when someone stole my internet and the ISP couldn't get out here for three days.
Qik - free live streaming video. You film it and your friends watch the video online in (nearly) real time. We found the delay ranged from 3 to 10 seconds.
Ringdroid - Make your own ring tones from any mp3 file on your phone.
ShopSavvy - The app that convinced me I needed this phone. Bar code scanner and Google search in one. Scan the bar code of the item and this will give you the best prices both online and locally, allow you to read reviews (sorted by number of stars), save the item to your list and get an alert if it drops down below a price you determine. I freakin' LOVE this app.

Ooooh, cool thread. I have a Nokia smartphone, but I've pre-ordered the enTourage eDGe dual screen e-reader and one of the screens runs on Android. I have no experience with Android yet, but apparently anything you can install on a phone will work on the e-reader. So, I'll be reading this thread for suggestions.

Hmmm... I use a few on my G1.

Twidroid is my twitter app of choice. I tried one or two other ones and always ended up back at twidroid
Jewels: like bejeweled, but free. 3 different game options allow for a timed game like bejeweled blitz, an infinite mode that lets you keep playing until you get bored and normal mode which lets you play until there are no moves left.
Toggle Settings gives a quick place with one menu to get to various settings which are normally on a lot of different screens. The newest version also has an option to kill apps that are running in the background.
PRO paint camera is the newest app I downloaded- fun if only because you can put text on the pictures you take, and add a bunch of effects like sepia toned or solarized.
TV.com lets me stream different videos- some new shows (mostly on CBS) and a bunch of older shows like Twin Peaks and Family Ties. Some of the videos require a wifi connection.

I also use ShopSavvy and Ringdroid. I just downloaded a bunch of new apps, but I don't know if I like them yet. I'll take a look at the ones you mentioned.

A few for my Nexus One (I had a G1 before):

Twidroid/Seesmic -- both great Twitter clients, although Twidroid seems more "complete".
CarDar -- never lose your car in a parking lot ever again.
Shopsavvy -- it's saved me a bunch of money... scan an item in a store and it will tell you who else has it and for how much.
Amazon.com App -- Shop Amazon right from the phone with one click ordering, etc... I've actually gone into Target and before purchasing something I'd check Amazon. If I found it lower, I'd order it on Amazon right in the middle of Target. haha
DoggCatcher --- the very best Podcast client
eBay Pkt Auctions -- Search/bid on ebay with this client. Works great.
Qik -- stream live video from your phone (best used with 3G or WiFi)
Places Directory -- Find stuff around you that you might not know is even there. Great for when you're in a town you don't even know.
Shazzam -- Find the name of that song that you're listening to that you just don't know the name of by letting Shazzam listen to it.
Touchdown -- Exchange client that syncs email, contacts, calendar. I use this for work. Works GREAT.
Mobile Package Tracker -- Track pacakges for UPS/FedEx/DHL and many other carriers. The phone will save your tracking number so you can check it whenever you want to. It will also give you a notification if your package has moved.
Handcent SMS -- The best SMS client out for Android.
Google Voice -- If you have a Google Voice number, this is a must have.

There's more, but that should help out some.....
