What are your favorite apps?

But the AWESOME button is AWESOME and free!
(Why would you touch any other button)

Planets is a neat little thing that identifies location of planets and constellations in the sky on any given night from any location
Ragdoll Blast is a fun time-waster game
Labyrinth 3D is one of those ball-through-the-maze things

Bloom is hypnotically addictive.

Joe has this "My Kitty" app or something like that and you select a photo of a cute kittens/cats (from about a dozen) and if you stroke it, it purrs. If you touch its tail it meows.

He uses it a lot more often than you would think. (Therapy from being separated from our own cats for long stretches.)

lol well I didn't first discover the AWESOME BUTTON - I forget who first told me that one on FB but it's a must for allll Ed fans. And it's free.... unreal! ;)

Words with Friends and DoodleJump are too recent addictions.
Blurb turned out to be entertaining in Vail :D
And I use Occasions to help me track birthdays and anniversaries.

However, if you want to relive parts of S&D I and III, KCNC (the Denver TV station shown in the cabins) now has a free app.

I had the Awesome button for a while. It was fun at first, but I lost interest. (Sorry, Ed).

Apps I use daily:

Blogpress (I blog daily from my iphone)
iReconcile (keeps track of the checking account, and syncs between multiple phones)
Words with Friends
Facebook
Awesome Notes (I keep track of everything there. You can even put locks on certain files, if you want)

When I have a few minutes to kill I read:

A few weeks ago we were driving with the kids and a Green Day song came on. Alex was trying to sing along, but he didn't know all the words. My husband used Shazam to bring up the song, found the lyrics, and handed his iPhone to Alex so he could follow along with the words. Love it!!

After a friend telling me about Gorillacam I'm in love with it! They have an option to 'press anywhere' on the screen to take a picture!! Fabulous for those self portraits! :)


I use FMC to track my womanly things. (sorry boys) I mark the days I have my headahced on them and it's very helpful!

Zillow is neat... but maybe I mentioned that one already?


Ravenchase is a company that does scavenger hunts ala the amazing race. We were going to do their NYE race, but it got cancelled in Chicago. Anyway, they have an app I am working to solve. I am about 4 answers into it... I can taste victory... just not there yet!

My baby nephews love CHOO CHOO it's a train...when you shake the phone it makes the choo choo sound. They usually grab the phone and run around like made with it... texting all my friends at the same time (ok, not really texting).
