BNL UK site & messageboard

Hey folks,

Bit of a promotion here - if there any folks from the UK or Europe on here, then perhaps you'd be interested in visiting http://bnluk.net

Some people may remember the site from a few years back when Stu was in charge of it - well, he has very generously handed it down to me now, and I'm keen to get some momentum together for peeps this side of the pond, now that the wheels are in motion with BNL's new adventures.

It's a cool place for fans to hang out, much like this. Please note, I'm not trying to draw attention away from the fantastic job Mace and Thales have done here - just offering another site that you may be interested in, in addition to this one. :)

I just went and re-registered!

I loved the board. I hate that I lost contact with it. So many amazing and hilarious people across the pond!

We're trying to do our bit over here too...

Chris Evans, a popular DJ and BNL fan over here, has this morning tweeted about playing the new BNL single on his BBC Radio 2 show.

If anyone from the UK, or even not from the UK, has a moment or 2 then I've started a RT:

RT @bnluk Hey Chris @achrisevans good to see you're a Barenaked Ladies fan! Please play their new single "You Run Away" on your show!!!

It would be cool if a few folks could do this so that the powers that be at Radio 2 know there is big demand to play "You Run Away". Chris is already a BNL fan as we know, so we can try to really capitalise on that.
