I really hope that one of the many New Yorkers out there will see this and give a review. I have to say I was not at all impressed with Movin Out. Music was fantastic, but prefer to just listen to Joel and home and save the money.

I saw a show of hers shortly after she did the choreography for Hair (the movie). It was fantastic!

Oh, gosh - this was years ago ... circa 1978? I think Hair came out that year. She did a tour - we saw it in Minneapolis.

Sorry to throw your thread off the tracks, Amicus, but this is a fairly cool story: Michael Cavanaugh is the guy who played the singer in Movin' Out, and he's from Cleveland. So, when Billy Joel was here a couple of years ago, he invited him out on stage.
Then, Billy had the band start up "It's Still Rock and Roll to Me", and he pointed to the piano and said to Michael Cavanaugh "you better get over there and sing, because the first verse is about to start!" Billy picked up a guitar and played rhythm while Michael Cavanaugh sang lead and played the piano. Very cool moment.

gary not off track at all. That would be cool. Like I said I loved the music in Movin Out, but I was less than thrilled with the interpretative dance that accompanied it. Those of you that read my posts know that I am lover of dance, but I was expecting some dialogue etc.

Nicolas Cage will pay IRS $14 million
Nicolas Cage is determined to get his financial house in order and to pay the IRS all that he owes in back taxes.
While the government recently placed a tax lien on his real-estate holdings, including an additional $6.7 million from 2008, "over the course of my career I have paid at least $70 million in taxes, unfortunately, due to a recent legal situation, another approximate $14 million is owed to the IRS," Cage told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement.
"However, I am under new business management and am happy to say that I am current for 2009, all taxes will be paid including any to be determined state taxes."
Cage will next be seen in the thriller "Season of the Witch" in March.
I have to say that I can not figure out how you could get that far in debt to IRS, but I guess when you earn what he does it might not be too hard.
